Westmore. Talking to Henri before you leave for Pelier.
It's clear that in addition to discussing future, um, goals, something is worrying him. Not until the nearly the last minute does he get around to bringing it up--and it's not the subject you thought it would be. :)
"Mia," Henri started and stopped again. "I know I worry about you, but...no, let me start over. This isn't making any sense." He took a deep breath, tried to still his voice. "I've had some dreams about you, some dreams that I don't think are simple dreams. They felt...like I was being told something important. I saw you standing behind some fighter. A woman, I think, with a shield that was shiny but unmarked. She was fighting something. All around the both of you was a circle of rainbow light, that kept getting smaller and smaller." He licked his dry lips. "Then something grabbed you from behind and dragged you out of the circle, screaming. I had this dream twice, two nights in a row. The third night, you weren't in the circle, you were standing well away, a thin rainbow line between you and the circle around the fighter. Again she fought, something I couldn't see. The dream ended before I saw whether she won or lost, but before anything happened to you." He looked at you, brow furrowed in concern, staring into your face. "I don't know what kind of danger you are in, but I think the woman is danger."
Recalling the Hanged Man.
After descending the rope to the giant city, you finally realize why the Hanged Man looked familiar. He was upside down, which makes it very hard to recognize faces... but he looked like a brother (or other family relation) of the pregnant goddess you met long ago.
