Tarot Campaign

Interlude (July 1999)          Henri & Mia & Anson

Week-and-a-half in town.
Mia will spend half of her days at the church, be it cleaning or learning Bless or planting, (not flirting, no, no, no -- but I just have to clean the floors, yeah. that's it. very important work... otherwise Henri might be overwhelmed... ) The other part of her time will be spent either at the library or learning how to make way bread (depending on how long that takes...) She's gonna spend as little time around Anson as possible, beyond what is needed to learn how to make way bread. And he's not flirting. Not. uh-uh. He just has really small personal space. That's it. It's accidental that he keeps touching her. Absolutely. It's absurd to think otherwise. She'll plant the herbs in the church garden because (a) Henri will be around to keep tending them after she's gone and (b) because Anson isn't flirting, he means nothing, so it's ok to plant them near Henri. Yeah. Henri was a little surprised with himself for kissing Mia, and even more surprised that he didn't get slapped. Being a gentleman (of sorts) he manages to keep himself from saying anything for one whole day, working next to Mia in a thoroughly professional manner... although there are one or two points where he looks like he is about to say something. :) And, he will probably say something after one day. Anson, as you note, does have a very small personal space. Just one of those people who is always close to other people, yes, you are right. Fortunately, when he is helping you grind things with the mortar and pestle he whispers, because his face is right next to your ear. :) But he's not flirting, no, you are right. :)
